Newcastle United goalkeeper Rob Elliot's virtuoso display earned his side a smash-and-grab 1-0 victory at Bournemouth that lifted them out of the Premier League relegation zone. Spanish forward Ayoze Perez struck in the 27th minute at Dean Court and Elliot, deputising for the injured Tim Krul, produced a string of saves to take Newcastle out of the bottom three at Bournemouth's expense.
